Staybnb works because guests and hosts trust each other. These rules set the floor — every booking on the platform agrees to them.

Respect

Treat every guest, host and neighbour with kindness. No discrimination, harassment, or hateful conduct of any kind.

Keep the space and the people in it safe. No weapons, illegal drugs, or unsafe activities at a Staybnb stay.

Listings, photos, profiles and reviews must reflect reality. No fake bookings, fake reviews or fake identities.

Show up when you say you will. Communicate early, leave the place as you found it, and resolve issues in good faith.

•Bring a valid ID that matches your booking.
•Treat the home as if it were yours — no parties without explicit host permission.
•Respect quiet hours, neighbours and any house rules listed by the host.
•Report damages right away. Honest mistakes are easy to resolve; hidden ones are not.
•Smoking and pets are only allowed if the listing explicitly says so.

•Keep your listing accurate — photos, amenities, location, sleeping arrangements.
•Respond to enquiries and booking requests within 24 hours.
•Provide a clean, safe space with working basics (water, electricity, heating/cooling).
•Never collect payments outside Staybnb; it voids our protection programs.
•Don't cancel confirmed bookings except in emergencies — repeated cancellations risk removal.
